Food management system
By law (Article 5 of Regulation (EC) 852/2004) food business operators such as kitchens preparing food for the residents need to have in place food safety management system based on the principles of HACCP and must be able to show that the system is implemented.
To help you comply with the legislation, we offer to
- set up a food management system including documents and records appropriate to the nature and size of your operation;
- train the responsible person so that he/she understands
- how the system works,
- how to keep records and
- how to monitor and review the system;
- support you and your staff for a period of 3 months after the system has been put into place.
